She brings over 30 years of corporate business experience in human resources management, with a strong background in employee relations, training, and organizational development.
My Story
Throughout my career, I have supported organizations by building effective HR practices that strengthen teams, promote fairness, and create positive, mission-driven workplace cultures. In addition to my professional experience, I have also volunteered my time with various nonprofit organizations, supporting initiatives focused on independence, empowerment, and community development. My volunteer work reflects a deep commitment to helping others. I firmly believe that strong people practices are essential to sustainable community development and meaningful social impact. I understand the importance of aligning human resource practices with organizational values and providing the tools necessary for success.
